My mother has been a client of this company for over 6 years. The service that is provided by the carers is excellent as the carers are empathetic to my mother who has alzhiemers. The company has worked with us to ensure that familiar carers attend to my mother so that there is consistency and the carers who attend are kind and go out of there way and more to ensure that my father’s life is made easier in attending to my mother. They ensure that all my mothers needs are attended to but also check up on my father to see if he is ok and have called me in the past if they are concerned. So I can honestly say the cares go above and beyond their duty and I much appreciate it. 😊
